Is the diagnostic fee credited to the repair?

Yes. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnostic fee ($79 for most home appliances) is credited toward it, so you don’t pay for the visit twice.

What if I decide not to repair it?

Then you only pay the diagnostic fee. You keep the diagnosis and the quote, with no pressure to go ahead.

Why is the repair quoted on site?

The price depends on the part and the time the fix takes, which we only know once the technician finds the cause. You get the full price, parts and labor, before any work starts.

Do you charge less for a second appliance?

Yes. Each extra appliance we check on the same visit is 50% off its diagnostic fee, for homes and businesses.

Do I pay anything when I book online?

No. Booking is free and there’s no payment online. You pay after the visit.
