How soon can a technician come?
Often the same day if you reach us before midday, otherwise the next day. We confirm a two-hour arrival window, and warm refrigerators and no-heat calls go first.
Will you fix it on the first visit?
Usually, yes. Our technicians carry the most common parts, so most repairs are finished on the spot. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you the price first, order it, and come back to install it as soon as it arrives, with no second diagnostic fee.
What if I decide not to repair it?
Then you pay only the diagnostic fee. You keep the diagnosis and the quote, and there’s no pressure to go ahead.
Is it worth repairing, or should I replace it?
If the repair costs less than half the price of a comparable new appliance and yours is under about 10 years old, repair usually makes sense. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you honestly.
What if the same problem comes back?
Call us. Every repair has a 90-day warranty on parts and labor, so if the same problem returns within 90 days, we come back and fix it at no charge.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
Yes, an adult (18 or older) needs to be there to let the technician in and approve the price before any work starts. If you can’t be home, another adult can meet us.
